Course Overview
Our Train the Digital Trainer course has been designed for new or existing trainers who require the knowledge needed in order to prepare training materials thoroughly and deliver effective training sessions via webinar, or to camera, for a filmed video tutorial.
It also covers the methods that enable people to become confident and successful trainers generally.
The session is highly interactive combining teaching with trainee input, sharing of ideas and opportunities for real life planning and application. The agenda and teaching can be tailored for any type of training delivered via webinar (or filmed video) whether to colleagues, customers or part of a sales process such as training re-sellers.
It is ideal for those who are required to plan, prepare, deliver and evaluate structured learning sessions for trainees.
Please note, this course can be delivered as virtual instructor led training (VILT), face to face, or it can be delivered with a blend of both formats. We will customise the content and duration in line with your learning and development requirements.

- Link the systematic approach to training to the trainer’s role
- Write training objectives
- Select, sequence and structure training content to achieve training objectives for particular trainee groups
- Deliver effective training sessions via webinar or through video tutorials
- Select and use visual aids to support training sessions
