Course Overview

By being resilient you are more able to bounce back from adversity and feel stronger and more able to cope.

This digitally-delivered course will offer a unique insight into the five key sources of resilience (the pillars), providing practical strategies, tactics and tools which delegates can draw on to build the resilience they need to withstand the pressures of their own particular environment and to ultimately thrive in it. Resilient people demonstrate great flexibility, high energy, mental agility and consistently perform at their highest level. They have strong relationships and support networks that help them to amplify their productivity and results.

Our Resilience and Personal Wellbeing course will help you feel stronger and more capable to cope than ever before by providing you with the necessary skills to achieve this.

The course is interactive, uses two-way communication, Q & As, practical exercises and live interaction.

Please note, this course can be delivered as virtual instructor led training (VILT), face to face, or it can be delivered with a blend of both formats. We will customise the content and duration in line with your learning and development requirements.
