Redundancy can be one of the most distressing events an employee can experience therefore it is imperative that it is handled fairly and sensitively.
Our Managing Redundancy Conversations webinar is designed for those who require the skills to have difficult conversations and ensure the fair and ethical treatment of employees whose roles are redundant. It will enable participants to appreciate their feelings and manage them in a way that keeps them feeling supported and comfortable with the process.
This webinar is also designed to ensure that the remaining workforce are impacted minimally in order to maintain their morale and productivity.
Please note, this course can be delivered as virtual instructor led training (VILT), face to face, or it can be delivered with a blend of both formats. We will customise the content and duration in line with your learning and development requirements.
