Course Overview
Empowering Situational Leaders™ is a practical workshop which enables leaders to reconsider their own ideas of ‘power’ and recognise the significance it has in the influence process.
Participants will explore the connections between leadership and the three key power bases – Legitimate, Referent and Expert Power.
A comprehensive video-based case study is used to provide context, and peer coaching activities are included to enable participants to leverage their own power bases.
